As Dymax Tree Shears require few parts, we do not have a dedicated parts administrator, so for efficient communication please always email us quoting Model No, Serial No, and the Parts Numbers that you require from the Parts List that came with the new machine. There are variations over the years and we would only have to trawl through our hard copies of parts list to help you if you don’t have the Parts Numbers, which we may not be able to do immediately!
If you require an electronic copy of parts lists, we do have some on file so just email us.
We do try to stock many obvious parts like blades, and some seals, pins, bushes, cylinders, etc but don’t be surprised if they arrive a bit dusty as parts don’t move quickly with a Dymax Tree Shear!
